Summerland - Panhandle Gap — Saturday, Jul. 23, 2016

Mount Rainier Area > NE - Sunrise/White River

After coming back from the Glacier Basin early in the morning, we set up our camp at the White River campground, had a quick lunch, and headed to Summerland to enjoy the rest of the day. Easy hike with a small day pack, Summerland was beautiful as always. We were a little worrying about the foggy weather in the morning but afternoon weather was just perfect. The trail was crowded but enjoyable, beautiful end of July, sparkling sunshine, not to warn, not too cold!
