Great day for hiking. Started at 8am. Hiked with a slower group and was back to Paradise around 3:30. Trail was in great condition, they work really hard to keep it that way. We brought bags to slide down on but next time bringing some light weight waterproof pants as well. Very sunny and used a ton of sunscreen. I recommend doing this hike early. There were minimal people when we left, when we got back there were several hundreds down in Paradise, mostly tourists, and it was congested and packed.
