Trip Report

Lord Hill Regional Park — Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016

Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area
I only had time for a morning hike and with the skies bringing forth that lovely PNW wet sunshine, I headed over the short drive to Lord Hill for some wandering. I took the main trail and then veered off a cutoff towards pipeline but then went a little offtrail on a newly signed bike trail that had me finding my way over some rocks and through brush. At the end of pipeline I did some calf burning on the slope down from the viewpoint and then back up. The leaves were gorgeous and after making my way back along the main to goldeneye and then back out to the trailhead 2 hours later. This park never seems to diappoint. LInk below to more pictures.
