The road to the TH is pretty rough, worse than it's been in years past. You don't need an SUV, but the extra clearance certainly helps. The trail is snow free until near the summit, and even then it was only a few inches on the ground at most. The clouds didn't disappear as much as the forecast had called for, and when I reached the summit, I could barely see 50 feet around me. I waited it out for about 30 minutes, and was gifted with sweeping views of the valley to the south and the Stuart Range to the north. The views of Mount Stuart from Miller Peak aren't as good as those from something further west (like Navaho Peak or Longs Pass), but it was still a great day to be outside.
