Beaver Lake — Saturday, May. 27, 2017

North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway
Fun nature stroll on Beaver Lake trail. The trail is in good condition with a minor wash out that is easy to navigate and brings you right back up to the trail. We did this hike with our 6 and 2 year children, they loved it. Lots of butterflies, the bleeding hearts have mostly dried up but the trillium are still beautiful. A beautiful trail to experience nature. Should note, there is not a designated space to eat lunch or rest once you get to Beaver Lake, however you can relax on the bride or hang out on some logs. The trail comes to an end about 1/4 mile past the lake.
