Did this as a sunrise hike, can't recommend it enough. One of the best experiences hiking I've had in a long time. Don't forget headlamps if you go that early as you're hiking up in the dark. Bear grass everywhere, beautiful hike! Road isn't too bad. Pretty bumpy but super passable!
