Winchester Lookout!

Took my kiddos (age 3 & 4) up today, so we had a slow ascent, took us 2 hours to reach the lookout. Trail was easy until we reached the first and only small snow crossing. However it is on such a steep slope that I personally felt uncomfortable taking the 2 kids across, so we backtracked down and choose to do the rock scramble to the left and keep heading up. Kids are amazingly good at climbing rocks, lol. The rest of the trail was good, one small tree down on the trail just below the lookout, but this is no trouble to steer around or climb over.
