Originally planned as a two-night trip our party ended up staying a single night at Snowy Lakes due to the bad air quality and bad visibility caused by the wildfires in BC and another (much smaller) fire in Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest about 20 miles NE.
The road is in perfect condition, as is the trail. Trail is snow-free. The lakes are gorgeous even with the haze.
Please, PLEASE, remember to bury your toilet paper.
