Ira Spring Trail - Mason Lake — Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017

Snoqualmie Region > Snoqualmie Pass

Arrived to the trailhead around 8:30am, parking was easy, but the lot at the trailhead was quickly filling up. The forest service road is not paved, but it's in great condition.

The trail was in great shape all the way up to the lake, albeit a little dusty in spots. Wild flowers were blooming all along the trail, and the views were incredible.  Bugs were only a minor annoyance in the more wooded areas of the trail.

The trail was not too crowded as we hiked up and we easily found a spot along the lake to eat our lunch in solitude.

We got back to the car around 1pm. Great hike, can't wait to try again with the bandera mountain connector!
