Pinnacle Lake — Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017

As mentioned in previous posts, the road to Ashland Lakes, Bear Lake and Pinnacle Lake have been repaired. That being said, the road is extremely rough with large potholes. Go very slow and nearly any car with good tires will be fine. The trail to Pinnacle Lakes is steep  and rooty. There are many times I had to backtrack to regain the trail, so focus on the trail markers ( branches covering not trail). I actually thought Lost Lake was very pretty and Pinnacle Lake was gorgeous.
