Melmont Ghost Town — Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017

I hiked this trail with my son and grandkids 5 and under. after you cross over the bridge and park and walk back across the bridge its a little slow crawl down the side of the bridge there are hand holds on a cable to help you down. the kids did it fine after that the trail is perfect its not a far walk. you will hit a y go left to see the school foundation. there are also other remnants of buildings along the way. great hike for all ages.
