Summit Lake — Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017

If you have access to a truck/SUV and can actually make it to the trailhead (potholes over a foot deep in places), this is a beautiful fall hike with amazing views of Mt Rainier. Actually, at the top there's about a 270 degree view of Western Washington. The Puget Sound to Glacier peak, even spied the flat top of St Helens.
