Went with a 4 year old. There are boardwalk trails as well as gravel trails. We did not go out past the barns, but it appeared that the gravel paths continued in good condition deeper into the park. It was a foggy morning so it was difficult to get a good feel for the landscape, but with thousands of birds and beautiful foliage it was still well worth it. The nature center loans out binoculars and the boy loved trying to look for wildlife with them. The boardwalk trail through the wetlands is stroller friendly.
