Today we hiked Baker River trail.
Road to TH in very good condition, last few miles not paved but you can do it on any car. There are were about 8 cars on parking lot, but on the trail we met less people than cars, seems sombody camped nearby trailhead.
Trail in very good condition, it has inch or two of snow, but you can do all the trail in hiking boots. Trails is wet, because lots of wated falling down from trees. Within five minutes walking from TH you will see the bridge, here you can take great photos. In the middle of the trail there is another bridge wich is washed out, couple that went behind us turned back at this point, but we crossed this washout easy. After this washout no river views anymore, if you came for views you can cross washout, take pictures and turn back, but we hiked to the end. There few streams crossing and fallen tress after this point, but everything is doable.
Great day hike with awesome view. I wonder how this area beautiful at summer time, I definitely need camp there.
