Reached the lower trailhead between 11am and noon. There were at least a dozen cars there, but there was still plenty of space to park along the road.
Followed the trail to the waterfall. Continued a bit further to get better views down the coulee, and turned around after reaching the upper trailhead.
Parts of the trail were a bit sandy, and we had to hop over the stream below the waterfall, but didn't have any other issues with the trail.
Encountered only 3 parties on the trail (incl one on bikes), so most people must have followed another trail somewhere...

All the other cars were probably from climbers on Sunshine Wall.

Makes sense! Saw a lot of rock climbers (and one wedding party?) hanging around the upper two parking lots...
