Trying to avoid the crowds near Issaquah and ended up here...excellent choice! We pulled into the lot at about 11:00 am and there were only 4 other cars there. The trailhead lists White River Trail, Buck Creek Trail, and Snoquera but I couldn't find reliable info on the other two so we only did Snoquera even though it's quite short.
Snow free trail led to the falls in about 40 minutes with an easy pace. A short, steep scramble got us right up to the falls where there is still a snowbank to contend with. Hug the rocks to the left and it isn't too bad. There's a pretty clearly defined boot trail up to the highest point you can reach.
A few downed trees on the trail mark the only points of slight difficulty, and with the relatively low elevation gain this would be a good hike for pretty much anybody. The signage is a little confusing at times, but overall is pretty easy to navigate. Falls were flowing pretty well when we were there and probably have a few more weeks before the snow around them completely melts out.
