How I would have loved to summit on a clear day! Unfortunately, the weather gods were not on our side. Other than cloud coverage that came in extremely fast right before hitting the summit I had a great day & great hike. The trails were in great condition. My only advice is to take your time and watch your footing once you make it to the ridge line. There is alot of lose rock which can be an episode for disaster if your not paying attention.Other than that this is a great hike. Nobody but myself and three others were on the rdige and summit the entire time we were up there (everyone went to Mt. Townsend) and the parking lot was packed! So if your looking for more of a private but challenging trail this is it!
