Great, easy hike for probably just about everyone. Trail is clearly defined, rarely permeated by roots or rocks in any lasting fashion. Two places to stop at the top, both with great views of the bold, turquoise Diablo Lake below and surrounding mountains.
Long drive for us (2 hours to get there, coming from Everett, WA area) but the drive is beautiful on Hwy 20 with lots of scenery.
