Hiked up Beckler Peak today. Arrived in the parking lot at 9:40am. Three other cars. I went up with my two dogs - Soba and Toshii. It was lightly raining in the parking lot and on most of the trail. Hiked up quickly. There were a couple down trees across the trail, but nothing hard to climb over. Reached the summit at 11:10am. It was completely socked in my clouds, but completely free of snow. There was only one large snow pack that I crossed over on flat ground. I didn't even need to have brought my microspikes. On the way down the sun started breaking out. Summer is here!
Also, saw some kind of owl on the way out!
