Being a Sunday in the summer, the park was busy but the trails weren't overly crowded at all. This area is a great way to beat the heat! Our house in Bellingham was reading 93 and we were hanging out on Lighthouse Point in 74 degree weather with a nice ocean breeze.
Be sure to check out the many barn swallows that are nesting under and along the dock at Bowman Bay!
