Great Day Hike and Perfect Weather
The trailhead to and from is mostly loose trail rock with a few obstacles but you can climb over and under the trees that are down. Bugs/bees were pretty bad so bring bug spray. The lake was beautiful and flawless and my dog enjoyed jumping in right away to get cooled off. Fairly easy hike with minimal elevation gain and great for dogs. Arrived at 8:30 and there were aout 10 cars in the lot. We did not see too many people on our way to the Lake but on the way back we ran into several.
