Climb was uneventful. Marvelous weather. Patchy snow from about 7900', entirely avoidable. No need whatsoever for traction, ice ax, etc.
The traverse across the rim to the summit was a bit more interesting. It's pretty steep on the south side, and straight down on the crater side. One small spot was still icy and just exposed enough that I put on microspikes. Might have helped to have poles, but I was fine without.
Passed 24 people on the way up, 44 people in the climber's register.
