We had a late start, but still were able to snag a parking spot in the lot just as someone was leaving around 11:30am. We guessed that the lot wasn’t overflowing due to larch season drawing people elsewhere.
We admired a lot of terrific trail work here! Trail was in great shape, particularly the first half. Am inspired to get back out there on a crew.

Yay! Nice that you got out without parking lot headaches. I've never actually hiked this trail, but it may have to go on my late fall list. :)
