arrived at TH at 10:20am with about 10 other cars in parking lot.
it was slow going for me, with lots of quick stops to catch my breath. (haven't done this much elevation gain before and been a few months since my last hike :-/)
trail is in good condition. once the snow started I put on my microspikes. definitely recommend bringing those and poles. the snow was packed down will enough the trail was very easy to follow. trail wasn't too crowded, spent most of my time alone.
finally made it the top in about 3 hours 40 minutes haha. glad I pushed myself though, the views were totally worth it. snapped a few pics, had a snack, then headed back down. finally got back to the parking lot around 4:30pm... sun sets quick in the mountains during the winter!!
overall, great hike with spectacular views. I'm ready to challenge myself on another hike of this level!
