"from the trailhead" -- this is key. Ha! I started hiking to the falls from the trailhead in the campground and after about two miles found the trail to be partially obstructed and a little dangerous for me to get through as it was just on the edge of a drop. WTA's "trailhead" doesn't mean the trailhead at the campground, but rather, from the end of Sul Doc Road. Once I figured this out, it was really quite lovely and easy. The trail is well-kept and there were families and older folks walking out to the falls. They're definitely worth it.
