Fair warning, road leading to the hike and beyond is a mess, pothole city. Otherwise had a lovely otherworldly hike in the morning mist on a popular but not overly-crowded Saturday. A trekking pole made the journey back down on slippery rocks and tree roots a bit easier. Lots of little kids (looks like a lot of people take WTA's family-friendly recommendation seriously) scampering around, wish I had their knees.
