Franklin Ghost Town — Monday, Jun. 24, 2019

Quick hike. We got a late start and left home at 1pm. It helps that we are only 10 miles away from the parking area. Kids (15, 13 and 10) had fun hiking down to the river - my mom and I enjoyed the views. Easy trail (gravel road) to see the mining shaft and cemetery. There were a few other parties out on the trail, plenty of room (when the trail narrowed) to step aside for them to pass.
