It was perfect weather today...a few bugs. I actually turned down the wrong road a few miles before because my GPS told me to. (Of course there is no service so it wasnt being accurate) luckily I asked someone I ran into and they directed me)
They close the trail at 6, so make sure you give yourself enough time. They do block it.
Other than that, it was amazing and beautiful, didnt see any bats, but then again. That's the point. Don't disturb them or try to find them...just leave them be. Had a lot of informative signage. Go see for yourself! We loved it!
