Naches Peak Loop — Monday, Aug. 12, 2019

Mount Rainier Area > SE - Cayuse Pass/Stevens Canyon

We hiked the Naches Peak Loop on a sunny weekday.  Was surprised to see the parking lots full on a weekday but got parking spot easily.  Wildflowers are in full bloom at Naches Peak Loop. Starting right from Wooden bridge over Chinook Pass on Pacific Crest trail, we got to see colorful wildflowers. The unnamed lake was very beautiful with clear waters and surrounding green vegetation.  As we passed through the trails, there were sections bloomed with purple lupines, pink and orange paint brush and chamomiles.  The feeling was like we were walking in kingdom of flowers.
