Bandera Mountain — Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019

Up to the false summit the trail is fine. The last half mile is harder to follow, has some snow on and off, and lots of scrambling. The snow and rocks makes it quite slick. But I was solo, went slow, and was totally fine. Don’t get fooled by the false summit! If you don’t traverse the ridge and do some scrambling to find the summit register then you haven’t made it up Bandera!
