I took a walk in Cowiche Canyon Sun afternoon from the east end. The color is probably peaking there right now, though some leaves were starting to drop. I was having so much fun taking pictures that I didn't even make it to the end of the Bypass Trail. Then this afternoon I took a walk in the canyon from the west end. There color here is a bit past its peak. Much of the red-osier dogwood and wild rose have dropped their leaves along with some of the water birch, but it's still very nice.
