Mount Ellinor — Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019

Beautiful day up on ellinor today! Started from lower TH as usual. I really love the first two miles of forest.  So green.   As reported- snow free.  A few icy boulders in the morning but they thawed by noon. Amazing views as usual but I have to say it loses a bit of its pizzaz without the goats- I sure miss them! The immaculate condition of this trail always amazes me- it is very well maintained and work seems to be ongoing to improve it.  Thanks!! Lots of folks out enjoying the nice day- lower TH was as full as I’ve ever seen it when we got down!
