WARNINGS: The bathroom on the upper trail is closed for winter.
If you have an older car, driving uphill on a gravel road for half hour may be hard on your vehicle.

Started on the upper trail at 9am. There were already 20 cars parked there. I was aiming for the top but stopped around 1000 feet short. I already pressed my body pretty hard this week. The view was spectacular anyway. Plenty of nice people and wonderful dogs. The trail is in excellent condition. With multiple stops including lunch, I made it halfway up and back in less than 3 hours. Trail was hopping with people on the way back. Maybe after some training on the stair master I’ll be ready to make it to the top lol.
