This was a wonderful morning hike. The road up was a bid rough but OK if you are paying attention. The trails were clearly marked and a nice walk early in the morning. No snow yet but a little ice on the lake edges. A few of the boards on the trail were slick so be careful.
The best part was on our walk out to the parking lot we saw one other couple on there way in....oh the best best part lake 22 parking was overflowing.
Had the place to ourselves all morning. Followed up by lunch in Granite Falls never hurts either.
