Road out to the trailhead had no snow. Some snow once you start climbing but nothing that waterproof shoes wouldn’t be good for. We brought micro spikes and never put them on.
Cabin was in great condition and had a lot of amenities that I wasn’t expecting. This was an amazingly comfortable trip!
Lots of cat scat and fresh tracks. We think the dogs treed a bobcat but never did see it.
