Longtime Heybrook lurker, first time Heybrook hiker.
The trail covers a decent amount of elevation in the mile to the lookout. My hip and knee were not ready for that and my girlfriend and I had to stop a couple of times. It’ll be a challenge if this is a first hike but a breeze for the fit. Parking was about 75% full at 7:30am when I got there.
