Coyote Wall - Moab/Maui Loop — Saturday, Jul. 2, 2022

Beautiful as usual! Misty in Portland and sunny in Bingen. Mountain was out too. Got to the trail head 8:30 and still a handful of parking spots left. Trail was less crowded than I’d expect for the weekend as well. Wildflowers still in bloom. Mostly of the blue and purple varieties :)

No water running in the creeks. And a lot of freshly hatched wasps along the ridge line.

And, my pup has fluffy mops for feet and she picked up a lot of prickers in her paws today.

Hiked the trail clockwise, I find it easier on the knees coming down.
