Quick hike, Mtn was hiding behind clouds, rough road but passable, some flowers. Long drive but a good hike

If I'm able to drive to the top, would a light (but powerful) powered wheelchair be able to make it up to the lookout?

The walk path is crushed rock, it is a bit loose but with the wider tires on a power chair, I think you’ll be ok.
