Lake Ann (Mount Baker Highway) — Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022

Finally tackled Lake Ann, and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful meadows, amazing views of both Shuksan and Baker, and a killer payoff at the end. The ups and downs make this a more interesting out and back than most. Wildflowers are blooming, if not quite at peak, and there are some flies to contend with in. There was a WTA work party out doing the good work — thanks, volunteers!
