Only the snowshoe is in WTA, probably because the trail is so straight forward when you drive up in the summer months. Either way going on a Wednesday around 3pm was the perfect choice, still pretty busy but no real traffic and pretty quick up the hill driving, and you could easily take the trails without too many crowds. Most people spend time at the visitor's center/chalet, rather than climbing the little trails. I took the high ridge trail and skipped the actual ridgeline to the highest point, I felt like I got close enough to the 360 degree view just walking the larger circle. Beautiful beyond comparison, and surprisingly quiet with all the people. A few deer were grazing near the parking lot, and some restoration projects were having work done - cool to see! Some people still went off trail even with the clear signs saying not to, but I wasn't about to be the one to tell them off. :)
