Delay in re-writing this as previous draft was accidentally deleted. Anyway, wanted to make sure that everyone reads the reports as I thought from the description that this would be kid-friendly but it is not and should have read the other reports that mention the trail condition.
Trails are not well marked and most of it is just rocks. Basically climbing a shelf of rocks under the caves. We made it all the way to the last one but didn't go in with our 6 year old.
Our son did love it though as the caves are pretty cool but I was nervous the whole time. We also went when it was 100+ degrees and no shade so it was quite hot.
I think it is okay to do with kids if you are more experienced in hikes and make sure you have good shoes. One part you do have to hug a wall to get around a ledge of rocks so beware of that. Elevation itself isn't too bad, just more that there isn't really a trail.
