Cold on the trail today, but the little bit of leftover snow was on the sides of the road. The road and trail were in very good condition. Directions on WTA site are excellent including how to fill out the form at the Olney Pass kiosk. We saw only 3 other people on the trail and one dog. The river level was low so there were lots of exposed rocks and the water was murky.

Nice photos of the trail's end, tho - a perpetually shadowed, cold, and extremely boring section of the river. After being totally disappointed - shivering in the cold at the dead end - you now face the steep climb back out. I won't be back.
