Kendall Peak Lakes Snowshoe — Thursday, Mar. 16, 2023

Great hike to Kendall Lakes today.  Arrived about 10:20am, ample parking.  Put snowshoes on about half-way up, and were definitely needed the last mile or two.  Only ran into about 10 other parties - a few skiing down.  Trail was easy to follow - a few spurs to view points were tracked into the snow.  Got back to the car by 3:20pm.  Warming temperatures made snow more slippery on the way down.  Really beautiful hike for the last few miles - have never made it up that far, but glad I did!
