Sure thing! It's always nice to see something despite the dense forest.

I have always been curious about Liberty Mountain, seen to the right of Three Fingers in photo. For such a prominent peak at the edge of the range, there's not much about it. Lack of easy access? Unclimbable? I could never do it, but I bet the view is awesome!

Good eye! There's also Big Bear Mountain between the two. The southeast ridge is class 3, low class 4, perhaps the least challenging. It's mainly the approach that makes it tough to reach nowadays due to washouts. It also requires one to drop to Canyon Creek and ford the water.

I need to replace the summit register for Platts lookout. Someone had it in a glass jar that was broken. Sorta slipped my mind. Theres a benchmark up there too if you're into that sorta thing.

On my last visit there was a maple tree that the bark was removed, but not in the typical way that a bear would do it. It looked more like the bark exploded, but nothing was burnt.
