Ebey's Landing — Friday, Apr. 28, 2023

I parked at the lot just past the cemetery and hiked the full loop down to the beach and back. Such a pretty trail. Great views. Saw several groups also out hiking on this beautiful Friday. I stopped to watch the waterfowl swimming in Perego's Lake. It was easy to get to from the beach and offered more solitude and a break from the beach slog. The beach is rocky and not the easiest walking, but is good exercise. The trail along the ridge drops off quite steeply in places. Fine for most, but I would hold the hand of little ones.
