Snow on trail about one third of the way. Several trees down, all crossable. There are several steep "avalanche shoots". I was not concerned about the avalanche possibility but the trail in these areas is snowy and very narrow. A mis step could result in a life threatening injury. If you have a fear of heights, I do not recommend this trail at the moment. I felt better crossing these with my spikes on and a trekking pole with a snow basket. Snow and ice still on the lake.
