Ape Caves — Wednesday, Jul. 5, 2023

Noticing a disturbing amount of newbies who are making potentially dangerous decisions of hiking *down* the cave, not up.
It is much easier, and safer to climb UP in the dark, rather than down into darkness. Due to some narrow passages- it also creates a traffic jam when two hiking parties meet going in opposing directions. Most of the traffic is going UP, so please join the flow.
Also gonna put in my usual plug of packing trash bags to pick up after all the less than respectful visitors. Leave no trace!
