Naches Peak Loop — Sunday, Jul. 9, 2023

Mount Rainier Area > SE - Cayuse Pass/Stevens Canyon

Awesome, not too challenging hike that offers great views of Rainier and surrounding mountains!

We were looking for a short hike to do before heading back from a weekend in MRNP, and this was a great choice! Lots of great wildflowers and views of Rainier and Adams.

Parking is tough, there are a few different trails that leave from this area, as well as a couple lookouts. There did seem to be plenty of parking along the road, which is where we parked. There's a land bridge across the road that you can use if it's busy.

Trail is in great shape, we did it clock-wise which I would recommend. It was pretty busy for the first 1/2 mile or so and then it really emptied out, we barely saw anyone on the second half of the loop.
