Road - only gravel part is the last mile or so and it is perfect
Trailhead - various posts seem to debate this, but i just used the link on the wta app to the start point on the map and it worked great. Maybe some of the confusion is this area has been completely overhauled and updated. Looks great.
Trail - A report described the trail as carpet…which was surely an exaggeration, right!?! Nope, it is super smooth. All the way until the last 1/2 mile where it transitions from road to trail with some blowdowns and overgrowth
I took a peak at the old fsr that looks to nearly connect with the teanaway river trail but it gets very bad and I turned around after a quarter mile of nastiness.
Tried to avoid the smoke with this hike, but no dice, but did discover a great trail for all seasons :)
