Dirty Harry's Balcony — Sunday, Sep. 3, 2023

Really enjoyable mid-morning walk. Got there around 8:30 to a few cars in the lot but there was plenty of space and I ended up seeing no one on the way up and 5 or 6 on the way down.

Trail was in great condition and it’s a really nice walk through forest. Extremely quiet and peaceful for the majority of the walk. There’s some decent elevation gain but nothing too brutal. Trail is easy to follow as well, with a lot of DHPT signage and only a couple points of minor confusion that resolve themselves within a few yards; more fun than annoying.

View at the top was pretty meh, as expected, given the weather. Good trail for a/my dog as well, given the sweet spot of distance and elevation. All in all, can’t wait to head back.
